The standard work week is 7:30 a.m.-5:30
Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday. Employees are
entitled to a daily one-hour unpaid lunch period in an 8-hour day. Employee
hours may differ according to the workload schedule at the time. Overtime is
paid to hourly employees after 40 hours of work per week.
You will receive a paycheck every two weeks.
A pay period begins on a Thursday and ends on a Wednesday. Paychecks are
distributed on the Friday of the respective pay period.
Performance Appraisals
An employee’s performance is generally
evaluated after six months, and then yearly after the initial date of
employment. As an employee, you should take an active role in ensuring you
achieve, maintain, and improve your job related competencies. Your input on
educational topics is important.
This will be discussed at the time of
contractual employment.
The ability to work regularly and to arrive
on time is a requirement for continued employment. Your failure to be at your
work station at the proper time is considered tardiness. It is your
responsibility to record your hours daily. All time is billable and you must record increments of
15 minutes to job numbers. You are to be honest and accurate in your
recording. Any errands for office supplies or general office services are unbillable and should be recorded accordingly on your timesheet.

attire is acceptable, however, no jeans except on Fridays. Male employees may
not wear earrings, sandals or baseball caps.

Vacation (Paid Time Off-PTO)
Paid vacation days are based on an accrual
system. Employees begin accruing hours on their date of hire, but will not be
paid for PTO hours until they have completed their probationary period of
employment, which is 60 days. You are eligible to use PTO hours after working
six months of full-time employment. Accrual based on length of service is
determined as follows:
One year : 5 days
Beginning second year : 10 days
Beginning fifth year : 15 days
Your PTO request may be denied if the needs
of the work area cannot be met. Employees are encouraged to schedule time away
from work so they can return to their workplace with renewed interest in their
responsibilities.
Employees can use PTO for almost any reason,
including vacation, personal reasons, dependent illness, the first continuous
16 hours of personal illness per occurrence.

Employees are forbidden to engage in direct competition with the firm, whether

Simplified Employee pension
(Sarsep/SEP-IRA)
As an employee of Nader Group, after one year
of employment you have the opportunity to participate in the savings
retirement plan. This savings option is an excellent way in which employees
elect to have a part of their salary tax deferred to a SEP-IRA. The employee’s
salary deferrals are not included in their gross income and all earnings grow
tax deferred until withdrawn at retirement.
